Letter from the Editors: Farewell!

While this is a hard article to write, The Buzz has meant so much to us in the past four years. As we both look to major in journalism in college, The Buzz is the only resource on campus that provides a platform for us to explore our passion in that field. It has changed a lot in four years, and we can't see how it will grow after we leave. 

We want to thank Mrs. Floyd for trusting us to execute meetings and publications well and for always being there to help us along the way. We also want to thank her for giving us the honor of being this year’s Editors in Chief. She has been such a guiding light through the whole process, and we cannot celebrate her enough.

We also want to thank our new editors-in-chief, Mimi and Paxton, for relieving us of leaving the Buzz in such good hands. In making a new website and renovating articles in the last year, the Buzz has begun to feel like our baby in a way, and we know that our new EICs will take care of it. 

We have had such a good time writing, uploading, and interviewing in the last year, and we could not feel better about what we’ve done. Thank you all for allowing us to do something we are so passionate about. Four years ago, The Buzz gave us a platform to express ourselves. Today, we say thank you for listening, for supporting, and for growing with us. Here’s to the next chapter!
