Perfect Lax Weather

Written by: Nik Manocha

Boy oh boy do I love lacrosse, and so should y’all! The Savannah Country Day boys lacrosse team has had a solid start to their season with a winning record of 3 -2, playing all five games in the span of a single week. Furthermore, the hornets ended the week with an essential overtime win against Whitefield Academy, led by their head coach Lieutenant Oreo. This win was especially important to our program as it is the first time Country Day has beaten them in program history, additionally adding insult to injury to Whitefield with a final goal in sudden death by defensemen James Rhodes to put the Hornets up 5-4.

Looking towards future games, the Country Day lacrosse team plays this Saturday at 12 at home, so if you wanna see Joey “The Bobcat” Stolba and Heath “Lax God” Barber absolutely embarrass Hilton Head then pop out this weekend for some perfect lax weather. Every other game the hornets have this season is listed below as well. In summary, live, love, lax. Also to conclude, RIP Blue “Gotta Love It🔥🔥” Dennard and keep choppin.
